Privacy Policy

01Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

• Information you provide: when you join the waitlist, request early access, or contact us, we collect your work email and, if you provide them, your company name, product category, rough custom-order volume, and current helpdesk. If you request a demo, we collect the details you submit.
• Information collected automatically: when you use our websites, we collect usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions, through cookies and similar technologies and analytics tools.

This is an early-access and demand-validation website. We do not sell paid plans, process payments, or store payment card information through it. Any payment-method field shown is part of an interest-signal step only: no charge is made, no card details are stored, and no subscription is created.

02How we use information

We use personal information to:

• operate, maintain, and secure our websites;
• manage our early-access programme and communicate with you about it;
• respond to your requests and send administrative and service messages;
• understand how the Service is used and improve it;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

We may send you marketing communications about fdx where permitted; you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

03Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and for analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage; it may set cookies and collect usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also let you signal a Global Privacy Control preference, which we honor where required by law.

04Outreach demo

On joinfdx.ai/outreach you can enter a company website and watch fdx find that company's first customers. To do this we read the public pages of the website you enter and look up public company data from Apollo.io. AI models provided by Anthropic turn that data into a description of the company, a list of companies it could sell to, and example emails. The website address you enter and the results are kept for a short period so you can reopen them from the same browser.

People found at the suggested companies are shown only as a first name, last initial, and job title. We do not show email addresses or other contact details before you sign up, and the demo is limited to business recipients. Data about found people is deleted after 30 days if you do not sign up. Nothing is sent to anyone during the demo. If you start the trial, the work email and name you enter are stored together with the id of your demo run, so we can open your workspace with the results in it.

The demo is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode. It runs a check in your browser without showing a challenge and may process your IP address and browser signals for that purpose. Cloudflare describes this processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We also keep a hashed form of your IP address for up to one day to limit the number of runs per connection.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who help us run our websites under contract, including: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and storage), Google (analytics and cloud hosting of the outreach demo), Apollo.io (public company data for the outreach demo), Anthropic (AI processing for the outreach demo), and Cloudflare (bot protection for the outreach demo).
• Legal and safety: where necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of fdx, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

06Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Waitlist and lead information is retained while it remains relevant to onboarding, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.

07Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your choices

You can ask us to access, update, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting privacy@joinfdx.ai. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time, and you can control cookies through your browser. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.

09California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to access and delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out.

You may exercise these rights by contacting privacy@joinfdx.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request, subject to verification.

10Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Third-party links

Our websites may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

12Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
